Quilting Joy Shop Hop — Terms of Service
Effective date: November 4, 2026
Who we are
Quilting Joy Shop Hop (“the Game”) is made by Quilt Culture, a sole proprietorship owned by Natalie Caldwell, 784 Stonewall St N, Mc Kenzie, Tennessee 38201. When these terms say “we,” “us,” or “our,” they mean Quilt Culture. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Game.
Who can play
The Game is made for adults. You must be at least 13 years old to play, and if you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to download and play the Game on your own devices for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Game or any part of it.
Rolls, Quilt Chits, and other in-game items
The Game is free to download and includes free daily rolls. You may choose to buy extra rolls, Quilt Chits, or other in-game items with real money. These items exist only inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the Game, and cannot be transferred to another player. We may adjust how in-game items work, including prices and amounts, as we improve the Game.
Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Google Play, and Google Play’s payment terms and refund policies apply. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Your progress
We work hard to keep your progress safe, but we cannot guarantee that game data will never be lost. We may reset, change, or end features of the Game, and we are not responsible for lost progress or in-game items, except where the law requires otherwise.
Playing nicely
Quilting Joy Shop Hop is a friendly place. When using chat, guilds, friends lists, or any feature that lets you interact with other players, you agree not to harass, threaten, or bully anyone; not to post anything hateful, obscene, or illegal; not to share other people’s personal information; not to cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software; and not to pretend to be someone else. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Our artwork and content
All artwork, characters (including Nettie Needles), quilt designs, music, text, and other content in the Game belong to Quilt Culture or are used with permission from their creators. You may not use them outside the Game without our written permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Game collects and how we use it. You can read it at https://www.quiltculture.art/privacy.
No guarantees
The Game is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or free of interruptions.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quilt Culture is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total responsibility to you for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.
Ending your use
You may stop playing and uninstall the Game at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Game.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after the terms change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States.
